Request deletion
You can request deletion of your TalkAgent account/session data and personal information by email.

What to include
Please include the email address or user identifier connected to your TalkAgent use, if available. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, API keys, or other secrets.
What will be deleted
After we verify the request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account or session where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or similar obligations.
Local data
Some information may be stored only on your device. You can remove local data using TalkAgent privacy settings, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app.
